Sacred
Cacao Ceremonies
Travel back to a time when a community came together for inner peace and heart opening healing cacao. A cacao facilitator, also known as a "guide", leads participants through a cacao ceremony. The ceremony includes mindfulness practices to help participants connect with their emotions, presence, and community. The center of a Sacred Cacao Ceremony is the mindful and intentional drinking of ceremonial grade cacao. The ceremony is enhanced with meditation, sound, sage and/incense. It is a heart centered and heart opening practice that has been used for thousands of years by indigenous communities.
